1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this production management system ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Service Description

This Service is a cloud-based production management system designed to assist wooden pellet producers and related organizations in:

  • Managing multiple production facilities (teams)
  • Recording and tracking production shift data (worktime, output, efficiency metrics)
  • Documenting production stoppages and downtime
  • Recording quality test results
  • Generating statistical reports and analyses for operational decision-making

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis for business and operational use only.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Ownership and Control

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Account administrators (account owners) are responsible for managing access, invitations, and user permissions within their account.
  • You may not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized persons to access the Service.
  • You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or our servers and networks
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

  • You will maintain accurate, complete, and truthful records
  • You will not deliberately enter false, misleading, or fraudulent data
  • The accuracy of reports and insights generated by the Service depends on the quality and accuracy of input data
  • We are not responsible for the reliability of reports or decisions made based on inaccurate data

Data Verification

We do not verify the accuracy of production data or test results you input. You are solely responsible for ensuring data integrity and compliance with any applicable industry standards or regulatory requirements.

5. Avatar Photos and User-Uploaded Content

Usage Permission

You may upload profile photos (avatars) to personalize your user profile. By uploading any content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and use such content for the purposes of operating the Service and displaying your profile to other authorized users within your account.

Content Restrictions

You must ensure that any uploaded content:

  • Does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Does not contain malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Does not contain private, sensitive, or confidential information
  • Does not contain obscene, offensive, or illegal material

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove, disable access to, or refuse to display any content that we believe violates these terms or applicable law, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Essential Function

We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss or corruption
  • Incorrect calculations or reports generated by the Service
  • Business decisions made based on data or reports from the Service
  • Availability or performance issues beyond our reasonable control
  • Third-party service interruptions or failures

7. Service Availability
